Epic Diem 2015 – University of Sunshine Coast
As part of the Epic Diem Festival, exhibitions of medieval fighting took place. Interested spectators were invited to test their skills against the more seasoned “pros”.
Quidditch – University of Sunshine Coast
An exhibition game of Quidditch was played at USC during the Epic Diem Festival that was held in 2015. The sport of Quidditch was invented by author J.K. Rowling for her book series of Harry Potter and first appeared in the novel Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone. The sport grew in popularity and regular competitions are held worldwide.
Thundercats racing at Coolum Beach
The Thundercats were racing at Coolum Beach back in 2016. It was very exciting to watch and photograph.
